The ULEZ zone is everything inside the North Circular (A406) and South Circular (A205).
The ULEZ is enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age - but generally speaking Euro 3 engines as those registered with the DVLA after July 2007. This covers Motorcycles, Scooters and Mopeds.
Any motorcycle that is not compliant with Euro 3 (NOx levels only) must pay the daily charge of £12.50.
The ULEZ charge is applicable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year (except Christmas Day on 25th December).

Our ULEZ emissions tests take only 30 minutes
Our records are updated daily, and you will be ULEZ charge exempt from the day after your test.
A pass result means there are no further charges, and you will be exempt from the ULEZ charge from the next working day.
Our tests are carried out as quicky as possible to ULEZ specifications, our rolling road is temperature controlled to maintain the correct engine running temperature for your motorcycle.
Motorcycles being tested must be in a running condition and with the V5 log book present or the test cannot take place.
The test takes 30 minutes on our rolling road. This is to test if your motorcycle meets Euro 3 emissions standards for NOx.
A pass result means there are no further charges, and you will be exempt from the ULEZ charge from the next working day.
If your motorcycle fails the ULEZ test we can rectify to a pass standard. Price for the work required is dependent on vehicle type and NOx level recorded. All work is quoted before commencement.
(If you fail the Emission Test)
If your motorcycle fails the initial test, then a retest will be required to check the NOx levels after adjustments to the motorcycle have been made.
The retest fee is charged only once after adjustments to the motorcycle have been made
